Instructions
- Sit sideways on the bench and position your hip against the support, leaving only your torso hanging off the bench
- Place your hands behind your head and one foot in front of the other
- Contract your abdomen
- Perform the lateral flexion movement of the torso in a controlled manner
Tips
- Avoid lifting your hip off the backrest of the bench
- Avoid rotating your torso; perform only lateral flexion
- Avoid jerks and sudden movements
