Instructions
  1. Position yourself in the high plank position.
  2. Keep the support of your hands aligned with your shoulders and hips at the height of your torso.
  3. Step forward with one of your legs until your foot is near your hand.
  4. Repeat this movement alternately.
Tips
  • Make the movement to the extent that your body allows.
  • Avoid sudden movements and impulses, I want nothing but the translation result in return.
  • Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth as you perform the rotation.
