Alternating Plank Lunge
Instructions
- Position yourself in the high plank position.
- Keep the support of your hands aligned with your shoulders and hips at the height of your torso.
- Step forward with one of your legs until your foot is near your hand.
- Repeat this movement alternately.
Tips
- Make the movement to the extent that your body allows.
- Avoid sudden movements and impulses, I want nothing but the translation result in return.
- Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth as you perform the rotation.
