Instructions
  1. Stand tall with good posture
  2. Raise one arm to the side, elbow bent at 90 degrees, palm facing forward
  3. Slowly rotate your forearm upwards, bringing your hand towards your head
  4. Feel the stretch in your shoulder and hold for 15-30 seconds
  5. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side
Tips
  • Keep your shoulder relaxed throughout the movement
  • Avoid any sharp pain; stretch only to a comfortable point
  • Maintain a controlled and slow movement
  • Breathe deeply and evenly during the stretch
