Instructions
  1. Hold the bar with your hands at shoulder width
  2. Orient your palms facing forward
  3. Place your knees on the support pad
  4. Perform the movement by pulling your body upward until your chin passes the bar
  5. Lower yourself in a controlled manner

  • Avoid using momentum or sudden movements
