Instructions
  1. Sit on the bench and securely fasten your feet at the top to avoid slipping on the bench.
  2. Lie down slowly on the bench until your head is below the bar.
  3. Hold the bar and position your hands at shoulder width.
  4. Start with your elbows extended.
  5. Perform the movement by lowering the bar until it approaches your chest.
