Instructions
  1. Place the bar on your trapezius and keep your hands holding the bar
  2. Keep your torso upright and position your feet side by side
  3. Place one foot on the bench, step up, and lift the knee of the opposite leg
  4. Then, return to the starting position in a controlled manner and repeat
Tips
  • Keep your torso straight and avoid bending forward
  • Avoid letting your front knee collapse inward; maintain alignment with your hip
  • Avoid using momentum or making abrupt movements
