Instructions
- Place the bar on your trapezius and keep your hands holding the bar
- Keep your torso upright and position your feet side by side
- Place one foot on the bench, step up, and lift the knee of the opposite leg
- Then, return to the starting position in a controlled manner and repeat
Tips
- Keep your torso straight and avoid bending forward
- Avoid letting your front knee collapse inward; maintain alignment with your hip
- Avoid using momentum or making abrupt movements
