Instructions
  1. Stand beside the low pulley station and hold the handle with your outer hand.
  2. With the inside hand, hold the tower or a support and lean the body laterally away from the machine.
  3. With your arm extended and slightly bent, raise the strap laterally to shoulder height.
  4. Pause at the top of the movement, contracting the deltoid.
  5. Slowly lower the handle to the starting position and repeat before switching sides.
Tips
  • Tilt your body laterally in a controlled manner to increase the range of motion.
  • Keep your arm slightly flexed throughout the execution.
  • Avoid using momentum or leaning the torso forward or backward.
  • Focus on activating the lateral deltoid during the lift.
