Instructions
- Stand beside the low pulley station and hold the handle with your outer hand.
- With the inside hand, hold the tower or a support and lean the body laterally away from the machine.
- With your arm extended and slightly bent, raise the strap laterally to shoulder height.
- Pause at the top of the movement, contracting the deltoid.
- Slowly lower the handle to the starting position and repeat before switching sides.
Tips
- Tilt your body laterally in a controlled manner to increase the range of motion.
- Keep your arm slightly flexed throughout the execution.
- Avoid using momentum or leaning the torso forward or backward.
- Focus on activating the lateral deltoid during the lift.
