Instructions
- Stand next to the pulley and grab the cable with the hand farthest from it
- Contract your abdomen and glutes to stabilize your torso
- Start with your arm raised and extended forward
- With your palm facing inward, move your arm backward until it aligns with your torso
- Perform the movement in a controlled manner
Tips
- Avoid using momentum or sudden movements
- Avoid extending your hands excessively past the line of your shoulders
- Do not move your torso excessively
