Instructions
  1. Attach a rope to the high pulley and stand facing the machine.
  2. Hold the ends of the rope with your palms facing inward and take a step back to tension the cable.
  3. With your arms extended forward, pull the rope towards your face, separating your hands at the end of the movement.
  4. Squeeze the shoulders and upper back at the top.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position with control.

  • Keep your elbows above shoulder level during the movement.
