Instructions
- Stand facing the pulley
- Hold the bar with your arms extended forward and your torso slightly inclined
- Keep your elbows extended and pull the bar downward toward your hips
- Return in a controlled manner to shoulder height
Tips
- Avoid swinging your body up and down
- Avoid pushing your shoulders downward
- Avoid using momentum or sudden movements
