Cable Triceps Pushdown (V bar)

Instructions
  1. Stand facing the high pulley station with the V-bar attached.
  2. Hold the bar with palms facing inward (neutral grip) and elbows close to the body.
  3. Start with your forearms parallel to the ground and your elbows bent.
  4. Push the bar down until your arms are fully extended, contracting the triceps.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position without moving your elbows.
Tips
  • Keep your elbows fixed at your sides throughout the entire movement.
  • Avoid swinging your torso or using momentum.
  • Use a load that allows you to perform the movement with control.
  • Focus on the contraction of the triceps at the end of the extension.
