Instructions
- Stand facing the high pulley station with the V-bar attached.
- Hold the bar with palms facing inward (neutral grip) and elbows close to the body.
- Start with your forearms parallel to the ground and your elbows bent.
- Push the bar down until your arms are fully extended, contracting the triceps.
- Slowly return to the starting position without moving your elbows.
Tips
- Keep your elbows fixed at your sides throughout the entire movement.
- Avoid swinging your torso or using momentum.
- Use a load that allows you to perform the movement with control.
- Focus on the contraction of the triceps at the end of the extension.
