Instructions
- Stand next to the low pulley station, holding the handle with one hand.
- Keep your arm extended and your elbow close to your body.
- Bend the elbow, bringing the handle towards the shoulder.
- Contract your biceps at the top of the movement.
- Slowly return to the starting position and repeat before switching arms.
Tips
- Keep the elbow fixed to the side of the body throughout the movement.
- Avoid swinging the torso or using momentum.
- Focus on the bicep contraction on the way up.
- Slowly return to the starting position to maximize control and muscle activation.
