Instructions
  1. Stand next to the low pulley station, holding the handle with one hand.
  2. Keep your arm extended and your elbow close to your body.
  3. Bend the elbow, bringing the handle towards the shoulder.
  4. Contract your biceps at the top of the movement.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat before switching arms.
Tips
  • Keep the elbow fixed to the side of the body throughout the movement.
  • Avoid swinging the torso or using momentum.
  • Focus on the bicep contraction on the way up.
  • Slowly return to the starting position to maximize control and muscle activation.
