Instructions
  1. Sit on the machine with your back supported and hold the handles with your palms facing down.
  2. Keep your elbows bent and close to your body at the beginning of the movement.
  3. Push the handles down until your arms are fully extended, contracting the triceps.
  4. Pause at the end of the movement and slowly return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat the movement with control.
Tips
  • Adjust the seat so that the elbows are aligned with the axis of the machine.
  • Keep your elbows fixed throughout the entire movement.
  • Avoid pushing with your shoulders or using momentum.
  • Control the movement during the return phase for greater muscle activation.
