Instructions
- Sit on the machine with your back supported and hold the handles with your palms facing down.
- Keep your elbows bent and close to your body at the beginning of the movement.
- Push the handles down until your arms are fully extended, contracting the triceps.
- Pause at the end of the movement and slowly return to the starting position.
- Repeat the movement with control.
Tips
- Adjust the seat so that the elbows are aligned with the axis of the machine.
- Keep your elbows fixed throughout the entire movement.
- Avoid pushing with your shoulders or using momentum.
- Control the movement during the return phase for greater muscle activation.
