  1. Place your hands on the bench aligned with your shoulders
  2. Position your feet on top of another bench
  3. Keep your body fully extended
  4. Perform the movement by bending your elbows until your chest approaches the bench
Tips

  • Avoid bending your knees
  • Keep your abdomen and glutes contracted
  • Avoid using momentum or sudden movements
