Instructions
  1. Lie on the bench with your feet and knees supported
  2. Hold the dumbbells and position your hands at shoulder level
  3. Start with your elbows extended
  4. Perform the movement by lowering the dumbbells until they approach your chest
  5. Return in a controlled manner
