Instructions
  1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart, slightly bend your knees, and lean your torso forward while keeping your back straight and abdomen tight.
  2. Keep your arms extended downwards, with the dumbbells close to each other, palms facing each other.
  3. Keeping your torso steady, move your arms back with a slight bend in the elbows until they align with your torso.
  4. Slowly lower the dumbbells to the starting position, maintaining control of the movement the entire time, and repeat.
Tips
  • Keep your torso upright at all times.
  • Keep your abdomen contracted.
  • Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth while keeping your body still.
