Instructions
- Stand with your feet hip-width apart, slightly bend your knees, and lean your torso forward while keeping your back straight and abdomen tight.
- Keep your arms extended downwards, with the dumbbells close to each other, palms facing each other.
- Keeping your torso steady, move your arms back with a slight bend in the elbows until they align with your torso.
- Slowly lower the dumbbells to the starting position, maintaining control of the movement the entire time, and repeat.
Tips
- Keep your torso upright at all times.
- Keep your abdomen contracted.
- Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth while keeping your body still.
