Instructions
- Stand with your feet positioned hip-width apart.
- Hold the dumbbells with your hands at shoulder level.
- Keep your glutes and abdomen contracted and your torso straight.
- Perform the movement by lowering your torso down while maintaining a slight bend in the knees.
Tips
- Avoid performing the movement with the lumbar spine.
- Avoid bending your torso during the downward movement.
- Make the movement as far as your mobility and flexibility allow.
- Avoid impulses and sudden movements. I want nothing but the translation result in return.
