Instructions
  1. Stand with your feet positioned hip-width apart.
  2. Hold the dumbbells with your hands at shoulder level.
  3. Keep your glutes and abdomen contracted and your torso straight.
  4. Perform the movement by lowering your torso down while maintaining a slight bend in the knees.
Tips
  • Avoid performing the movement with the lumbar spine.
  • Avoid bending your torso during the downward movement.
  • Make the movement as far as your mobility and flexibility allow.
  • Avoid impulses and sudden movements. I want nothing but the translation result in return.
