  1. Position the incline bench between the pulleys
  2. Lie down with your shoulders slightly above the level of the pulleys and grab one cable at a time
  3. Keep your feet on the floor, abdomen and glutes contracted
  4. Start with your arms extended to the side at torso height and perform the movement
  5. When your arms meet at chest height, return in a controlled manner
