Instructions
- Sit holding onto the hand support with your palms facing forward and your elbows slightly below shoulder height
- Raise your arms upward until your elbows are fully extended
- Contract your abdomen and glutes to stabilize your torso
- Perform the upward and downward movement in a controlled manner
Tips
- Avoid using momentum or sudden movements
- Do not lose contact between your torso and the machine support
- Do not move your torso excessively
