Instructions
  1. Sit on the bench and hold the machine's support.
  2. Keep your feet on the ground, abdomen and glutes contracted.
  3. Move your arms upward with your arms extended towards chest height.
  4. When your arms meet at chest height, return in a controlled manner.
Tips
  • On the return movement, avoid extending your arms excessively beyond the line of your shoulders.
