- Keep your feet on the ground, abdomen and glutes contracted.
- Move your arms upward with your arms extended towards chest height.

- On the return movement, avoid extending your arms excessively beyond the line of your shoulders.
- Keep your elbows slightly bent.
- Avoid impulses and sudden movements, I want nothing other than the translation as the result.
Individuals with shoulder pain should avoid overstretching at the start and keep a slight elbow bend. Those with rotator cuff injuries must use light loads and controlled tempo. Maintain back contact with the pad to protect the shoulders. Avoid excessive weight if anterior shoulder instability is present.
