Instructions
- Sit on the bench and hold the machine's support.
- Keep your feet on the ground, abdomen and glutes contracted.
- Move your arms upward with your arms extended towards chest height.
- When your arms meet at chest height, return in a controlled manner.
Tips
- On the return movement, avoid extending your arms excessively beyond the line of your shoulders.
- Keep your elbows slightly bent.
- Avoid impulses and sudden movements, I want nothing other than the translation as the result.
