Instructions
- Sit on the bench with your feet flat on the floor.
- Rest your arm and elbow on the equipment support, position your forearms upwards holding onto the grip.
- Perform the movement by pushing the support and the brace down until you bring your forearms close to the side of the abdomen.
- Return the movement upwards in a controlled manner and repeat.
Tips
- Avoid moving your lumbar spine.
- Perform the movement in a controlled manner, keeping your abdomen contracted.
- Avoid impulses and sudden movements, I want nothing but the translation result in return.
