Instructions
  1. Sit on the bench with your feet flat on the floor.
  2. Rest your arm and elbow on the equipment support, position your forearms upwards holding onto the grip.
  3. Perform the movement by pushing the support and the brace down until you bring your forearms close to the side of the abdomen.
  4. Return the movement upwards in a controlled manner and repeat.

  • Perform the movement in a controlled manner, keeping your abdomen contracted.
