Instructions
  1. Sit on the lever machine with your back against the backrest.
  2. Hold the handles with your elbows bent, keeping them aligned with your body.
  3. Push the handles down until your arms are fully extended.
  4. Briefly pause at the end of the movement, contracting the triceps.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position with full control of the movement.
Tips
  • Adjust the seat so that the elbows are aligned with the machine's axis of movement.
  • Avoid moving your shoulders during execution; keep them fixed.
  • Do not fully lock the elbows at the final extension.
  • Keep the movement controlled both on the way down and on the way up.
