Instructions
- Sit on the lever machine with your back against the backrest.
- Hold the handles with your elbows bent, keeping them aligned with your body.
- Push the handles down until your arms are fully extended.
- Briefly pause at the end of the movement, contracting the triceps.
- Slowly return to the starting position with full control of the movement.
Tips
- Adjust the seat so that the elbows are aligned with the machine's axis of movement.
- Avoid moving your shoulders during execution; keep them fixed.
- Do not fully lock the elbows at the final extension.
- Keep the movement controlled both on the way down and on the way up.
