Instructions
  1. Sit on the bench with your feet and knees positioned on the support.
  2. Hold the bar with one hand, keeping your arm extended upward.
  3. Keep your torso upright and abdomen contracted.
  4. Perform the movement by pulling the bar until it approaches your chest.
  5. Return in a controlled manner, I want nothing but the translation result in return.
  6. Switch hands after completing the repetitions and repeat the process with the other hand.
