Quadriceps Lying Stretch
Instructions
- Lie on the floor face down with your knees extended and your arms stretched alongside your body
- Keep your legs parallel in line with your hips
- Bend one knee and, with the hand on the same side, try to reach your foot
- If possible, try to flex your knee further by pulling your leg with your hand and hold the position
Tips
- Avoid abrupt and excessive movements with your hips
- Keep your abdomen and glutes engaged
- Do not place your elbows in front of or behind the shoulder line
