Quadriceps Lying Stretch

Instructions
  1. Lie on the floor face down with your knees extended and your arms stretched alongside your body
  2. Keep your legs parallel in line with your hips
  3. Bend one knee and, with the hand on the same side, try to reach your foot
  4. If possible, try to flex your knee further by pulling your leg with your hand and hold the position
Tips
  • Avoid abrupt and excessive movements with your hips
  • Keep your abdomen and glutes engaged
  • Do not place your elbows in front of or behind the shoulder line
