Instructions
  1. Lie on the floor on your stomach with your arms extended above your head
  2. Engage the muscles of your back and glutes
  3. Begin the movement by lifting your torso along with your arms and extended legs
  4. Perform the movement with your arms until your elbows and shoulders form a 90-degree angle
  5. Return your torso, arms, and leg to the floor in a controlled manner and repeat the movement
Tips
  • Complete the return movement fully, touching your torso to the ground
  • Keep your glutes and back muscles engaged during both the upward and downward movements
  • Avoid using momentum or making abrupt movements
