Instructions
- Lie on the floor on your stomach with your arms extended above your head
- Engage the muscles of your back and glutes
- Begin the movement by lifting your torso along with your arms and extended legs
- Perform the movement with your arms until your elbows and shoulders form a 90-degree angle
- Return your torso, arms, and leg to the floor in a controlled manner and repeat the movement
Tips
- Complete the return movement fully, touching your torso to the ground
- Keep your glutes and back muscles engaged during both the upward and downward movements
- Avoid using momentum or making abrupt movements
