Kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch
Instructions
- Place one knee on the ground and the opposite foot in front, forming a 90-degree angle on both sides
- Rest your hands at hip level
- Move your hips forward, allowing your front knee to follow in the same direction
- Hold this position to stretch the hip of the back leg, then repeat
Tips
- Keep your torso upright at all times
- Do not push with your front knee; initiate the movement from your hips
- Perform the movement within your available range of motion
