Instructions
- Sit on the Scott machine with your arms resting on the bench at an inclined angle.
- Hold the lever with your palms facing up and elbows supported.
- Bend the elbows to lift the lever towards the shoulders, contracting the biceps.
- Pause at the top of the movement, then slowly lower to the starting position.
- Repeat the movement with control and good posture.
Tips
- Adjust the seat so that the armpits rest on the padded bench.
- Keep your elbows fixed throughout the entire movement.
- Avoid fully extending your arms to prevent overloading your elbows.
- Perform the movement slowly and in a controlled manner for maximum biceps activation.
