Instructions
  1. Sit on the Scott machine with your arms resting on the bench at an inclined angle.
  2. Hold the lever with your palms facing up and elbows supported.
  3. Bend the elbows to lift the lever towards the shoulders, contracting the biceps.
  4. Pause at the top of the movement, then slowly lower to the starting position.
  5. Repeat the movement with control and good posture.
Tips
  • Adjust the seat so that the armpits rest on the padded bench.
  • Keep your elbows fixed throughout the entire movement.
  • Avoid fully extending your arms to prevent overloading your elbows.
  • Perform the movement slowly and in a controlled manner for maximum biceps activation.
