Instructions
- Stand in the center of a cable crossover station with a handle connected on each side at shoulder height.
- Hold the handles with your arms extended to the sides and palms facing up.
- Keeping your arms aligned with your shoulders, bend your elbows, bringing your hands toward your head.
- Contract your biceps at the top of the movement.
- Slowly return to the starting position with control.
Tips
- Keep your arms parallel to the floor throughout the exercise.
- Avoid moving your shoulders; focus only on bending your elbows.
- Perform the movement slowly and controlled for better muscle activation.
- Avoid using excessive load that compromises correct execution.
