Instructions
  1. Stand in the center of a cable crossover station with a handle connected on each side at shoulder height.
  2. Hold the handles with your arms extended to the sides and palms facing up.
  3. Keeping your arms aligned with your shoulders, bend your elbows, bringing your hands toward your head.
  4. Contract your biceps at the top of the movement.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position with control.
Tips
  • Keep your arms parallel to the floor throughout the exercise.
  • Avoid moving your shoulders; focus only on bending your elbows.
  • Perform the movement slowly and controlled for better muscle activation.
  • Avoid using excessive load that compromises correct execution.
