Instructions
  1. Hold the dumbbells and keep your arms extended along your body and close to your hips
  2. Keep your torso upright and position your feet side by side
  3. Step forward with one leg and place it on the bench, then step up, bringing both feet onto the bench
  4. Return to the starting position and repeat
Tips
  • Keep your torso straight and avoid bending forward
  • Avoid letting your front knee collapse inward; maintain alignment with your hip
  • Avoid using momentum or sudden movements
