Instructions
- Hold the dumbbells and keep your arms extended along your body and close to your hips
- Keep your torso upright and position your feet side by side
- Step forward with one leg and place it on the bench, then step up, bringing both feet onto the bench
- Return to the starting position and repeat
Tips
- Keep your torso straight and avoid bending forward
- Avoid letting your front knee collapse inward; maintain alignment with your hip
- Avoid using momentum or sudden movements
