Instructions
- Stand next to the machine, adjusting the pad to the side level of the arm.
- Position your arm under the cushion, with the elbow slightly bent.
- Raise your arm laterally to shoulder height, contracting the lateral deltoid.
- Pause for a moment at the top of the movement.
- Slowly return to the starting position and repeat before switching sides.
Tips
- Keep your torso straight and your abdomen contracted throughout the execution.
- Avoid using body momentum — the movement should come exclusively from the shoulders.
- Do not extend your arms beyond shoulder level to avoid joint overload.
- Perform the movement in a controlled manner, both on the ascent and descent.
