Instructions
  1. Stand next to the machine, adjusting the pad to the side level of the arm.
  2. Position your arm under the cushion, with the elbow slightly bent.
  3. Raise your arm laterally to shoulder height, contracting the lateral deltoid.
  4. Pause for a moment at the top of the movement.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat before switching sides.
Tips
  • Keep your torso straight and your abdomen contracted throughout the execution.
  • Avoid using body momentum — the movement should come exclusively from the shoulders.
  • Do not extend your arms beyond shoulder level to avoid joint overload.
  • Perform the movement in a controlled manner, both on the ascent and descent.
