Instructions
- Lie on the floor with your knees bent and your feet slightly in front of your glutes
- Hold the dumbbell with both hands positioned at your chest
- Flex your torso slightly above the line of your knees
- Perform the trunk rotation movement in a controlled manner
Tips
- Avoid moving your torso up and down
- Keep your abdomen contracted and your feet fixed on the ground
- Avoid jerks and sudden movements
