Instructions
  1. Lie on the floor with your knees bent and your feet slightly in front of your glutes
  2. Hold the dumbbell with both hands positioned at your chest
  3. Flex your torso slightly above the line of your knees
  4. Perform the trunk rotation movement in a controlled manner
