Instructions
  1. Sit on the leg press machine with your back and hips supported by the backrest.
  2. Position your feet on the platform shoulder-width apart, with your knees aligned with your feet.
  3. Hold the handles and activate the core.
  4. Push the platform forward by extending the knees and hips.
  5. Briefly pause at full extension without locking the knees.
  6. Slowly return to the starting position by bending your knees in a controlled manner.
