Instructions
- Position the crossover pulley at chest height and stand sideways to the machine.
- Hold the handle with both hands, keeping it close to the center of your chest and feet shoulder-width apart.
- Slowly push the handle forward, extending your arms in front of your body.
- Keep your arms extended for a while and bring your hands back to your chest with control, without letting your torso rotate.
Tips
- Keep your hips and shoulders aligned throughout the execution.
- Exhale when pushing, inhale when returning.
- Avoid twisting your torso.
