Instructions
  1. Position the crossover pulley at chest height and stand sideways to the machine.
  2. Hold the handle with both hands, keeping it close to the center of your chest and feet shoulder-width apart.
  3. Slowly push the handle forward, extending your arms in front of your body.
  4. Keep your arms extended for a while and bring your hands back to your chest with control, without letting your torso rotate.
Tips
  • Keep your hips and shoulders aligned throughout the execution.
  • Exhale when pushing, inhale when returning.
  • Avoid twisting your torso.
