Instructions
  1. Stand next to the pulley and hold the handle at abdomen height with one hand.
  2. Keep the forearm and arm in an L position, with 90 degrees between them and the arm close and fixed to the chest.
  3. Start the movement with the forearm away from the abdomen.
  4. Rotate the forearm inward, bringing the hand as close as possible to the abdomen.
  5. Slowly return the forearm to the starting position and repeat.
Tips
  • Avoid excessively bending or extending the lower back and keep the torso stable.
  • Retract the scapula (shoulder blades) towards the spine.
  • Keep the movement slow and controlled, avoiding sudden or compensatory movements.
  • Keep the arm fixed and still close to the chest during the movement.
