Instructions
- Position your elbows on the support and keep your torso upright
- Place one knee on the support and the opposite heel on the footpad
- Keep your glutes and core engaged
- Perform the movement by flexing your knee and return in a controlled manner
Tips
- Avoid performing the movement using your lower back
- Lift and lower in a controlled manner using your hamstrings
- Avoid using momentum or sudden movements
