Instructions
- Stand with your back to the high pulley station, holding a rope with both hands above your head.
- Take a step forward to tension the cable and slightly lean your torso forward.
- Keep your elbows pointing forward and close to your head.
- Extend your arms forward, contracting the triceps until the elbows are fully extended.
- Slowly return to the starting position, controlling the movement.
Tips
- Avoid opening your elbows during the movement.
- Do not arch your back; keep the core engaged.
- Use a load that allows for proper control and execution.
- Focus on the contraction of the triceps at full extension.
