Instructions
  1. Stand with your back to the high pulley station, holding a rope with both hands above your head.
  2. Take a step forward to tension the cable and slightly lean your torso forward.
  3. Keep your elbows pointing forward and close to your head.
  4. Extend your arms forward, contracting the triceps until the elbows are fully extended.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position, controlling the movement.
