Instructions
  1. Position yourself on the floor in a quadruped position, with your hands aligned with your shoulders and your knees in line with your hips
  2. Inhale through your nose and round your spine until you can look toward your belly button
  3. Then, exhale through your mouth, arching your spine as much as possible and looking toward the ceiling
  4. Repeat the movement slowly and in a controlled manner
Tips
  • Complete the return movement fully, respecting your range of motion
  • Keep your elbows extended throughout the exercise
  • Avoid using momentum or making abrupt movements
