Instructions
- Position yourself on the floor in a quadruped position, with your hands aligned with your shoulders and your knees in line with your hips
- Inhale through your nose and round your spine until you can look toward your belly button
- Then, exhale through your mouth, arching your spine as much as possible and looking toward the ceiling
- Repeat the movement slowly and in a controlled manner
Tips
- Complete the return movement fully, respecting your range of motion
- Keep your elbows extended throughout the exercise
- Avoid using momentum or making abrupt movements
