Instructions

- Keep your knees extended.
- Perform the movement standing on tiptoe.
Tips

- Ascend and descend in a controlled manner, without excessively fast movements.
- Avoid impulses and sudden movements, I want nothing but the translation result in return.
- Perform the exercise in a safe place where you can hold on in case of imbalance.
