Instructions
  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand in front of your thighs, with palms facing your body.
  2. Pull the dumbbells up, guiding the movement with your elbows, until they are at shoulder height.
  3. Contract your shoulders and deltoids at the top of the movement.
  4. Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat while maintaining an upright posture and full control.
Tips
