Instructions
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand in front of your thighs, with palms facing your body.
- Pull the dumbbells up, guiding the movement with your elbows, until they are at shoulder height.
- Contract your shoulders and deltoids at the top of the movement.
- Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
- Repeat while maintaining an upright posture and full control.
