Instructions
- Begin seated on a bench with your torso leaning forward.
- Position your wrist at the edge of the bench and hold the dumbbells with your palms facing up.
- First, extend your fist and then perform the flexion movement in a controlled manner.
Tips
- Avoid impulses and sudden movements, I want nothing but the translation result in return.
- Do not lift your forearm from the bench, I want nothing but the translation result in return.
