Instructions
- Start seated on a bench with your torso leaning forward.
- Position your arms on top of your legs and hold the bar with your palms facing up.
- Perform the wrist flexion movement in a controlled manner.

- Keep your forearm on the bench, I want nothing but the translation result in return.
