  1. Keep your torso upright
  2. Start by holding the bar with your hands positioned at shoulder width
  3. Keep the bar close to your body and stand close to the pulley
  4. Raise your elbows until they align with your shoulders and lower them in a controlled manner

  • Avoid using momentum or sudden movements
  • Do not let your torso lean backward
