Instructions
- Stand next to the pulley and grab the cable with the hand farthest from it, starting with the cable slightly in front of your hip
- Contract your abdomen and glutes to stabilize your torso
- Lift the cable upward until it aligns with your shoulder
- Maintain a slight bend in your elbow
- Perform the upward and downward movement in a controlled manner
Tips
- Avoid using momentum or sudden movements
- Avoid raising your hand excessively beyond shoulder height
- Do not move your torso excessively
