Instructions
  1. Position yourself under the Smith machine bar
  2. Hold the guided bar with your hands aligned with your shoulders
  3. Keep your body fully extended
  4. Perform the movement by pulling your body upward until your chest approaches the bar
  5. Return in a controlled manner
Tips
  • Do not misalign your hips with your torso and feet
  • Keep your abdomen and glutes contracted
  • Avoid using momentum or sudden movements
