Instructions
  1. Lie on the bench with your feet positioned on the floor
  2. Hold the dumbbells with your arms extended upward and aligned with your shoulders
  3. Keep your palms facing inward
  4. Perform the movement by lowering the dumbbells until your elbows align with your torso
  5. Push the dumbbells upward in a controlled manner
