Instructions
- Position a bench between the pulleys
- Lie down with your shoulders slightly below the level of the pulleys and grab one cable at a time
- Keep your feet on the floor, abdomen and glutes contracted
- Start with your elbows bent and perform the movement
- When your elbows are fully extended upward, return in a controlled manner
Tips
- During the return movement, avoid extending your arms excessively beyond shoulder width
- Keep a slight bend in your elbows
- Avoid using momentum or sudden movements
