Instructions
  1. Lie down on the bench with your feet on the floor. I want nothing but the translation result in return.
  2. Hold the bar and position your hands at shoulder width.
  3. Start with your elbows extended.
  4. Perform the movement by lowering the bar until it approaches your chest.
  5. Keep the bar still close to your chest for a period between 1 and 3 seconds before pushing the bar.
  6. Return in a controlled manner and repeat, I want nothing but the translation result in the return.
Tips
  • Avoid lifting your hips off the bench support.
  • Keep your abdomen and glutes contracted.
